Following a website migration, K&K experienced a 35% drop in sales over a three-month period. Upon investigation, we uncovered multiple technical issues with the new site and identified a failed SEO transition strategy, which resulted in significant keyword ranking losses on Google.

We developed a comprehensive recovery roadmap and prioritised urgent technical fixes. Within three months, site performance returned to pre-migration levels, and by month four, we were outperforming previous sales benchmarks.

To support this growth, we’ve secured stock financing facilities and are exploring bonded warehouse options to further optimise cash flow.
